I would like to share a wellness journey with you, that you will enjoy and feel rejuvenated and stress free. learning new ways to handle life's ups and downs with my workshops.
Workshop - 10am
Lunchbreak - 1pm
I offer 1-2-1 on going support after or before the retreat, with a qualified psychologist. £90 for 1 hour session.
